












Registration/Payment information
Registration fee for this meeting is $100. Registration includes full conference participation, evening reception on Wednesday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Registration must be done in advance of the conference. We will be unable to accept on-site registration. Meeting registration and payment should be completed online. You may provide a credit card number online or indicate that you will mail a check. Payment of the registration fee is required prior to meeting attendance and registration will be finalized when payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of your registration when processing is complete.
Online registration has been extended to Oct 8, 2008. Registration WILL BE LIMITED, so please register as early as possible to ensure your place at the meeting.

Poster Submissions
You will be provided with an identification number with your registration submission confirmation. You will have the option to submit a poster abstract immediately following your registration or at any time after up to the Oct. 8th submission deadline, using your registration confirmation number. Recommended Poster size is 4ft.(W) x 3ft.(H) .
Registration Policies
Registration confirmation will be e-mailed. Please save this email as proof of registration. No registration will be finalized without payment. Name badges will be handed out at the registration desk, please present your I.D. when you register. Name badges must be worn at all times. Photos obtained at the Conference may be used in future conference materials.

Names and contact information of registrants will be shared with registrants and sponsors.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Please contact timothy.hunter@uvm.edu regarding requests for cancellations. No cancellation requests will be accepted after Oct 8, 2008. All refunds will be processed after the conference. No substitutions are allowed. You must contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

Information for Vendors
Thank you for your interest in the NERLSCD 2008 meeting. This meeting is a regional networking meeting for life sciences core directors and managers in the Northeast. Please note that vendor participation and support is not sought in order to keep the focus of this meeting on face-to-face discussions between facility directors. The aim of poster presentations will be to describe the activities and services provided by the core facilities of the meeting participants. Vendor presentations will not be accepted for the meeting this year. Registration is open to all, but the number of attendees will be limited, so registration priority will go to life sciences core directors and managers. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend and exhibit at the annual international ABRF meeting (http://www.abrf.org) and to consider becoming an ABRF sponsor (for more information, contact the ABRF Corporate Relations Comittee").
